As an Attendee/Coordinator, your registration tuition is reduced as advertised in our brochure.
You will qualify for the same continuing education credits as a regular attendee*. Lodging arrangements
are on your own and at your discretion.
A complete set of registration/policy/procedures will be emailed to you prior to the seminar (an email address is required). If your email address changes, please notify us immediately. These materials will arrive via email approximately 3 – 5 days before the program date. If you haven’t received an email within 2 days before the seminar, contact our Program Services Dept. at 1-800-472-6930, ext. 2202.
*Not applicable to Iowa-licensed Nurses /Nurse Practitioners. Call us for more information.
1. You are REQUIRED to review the registration/policy/procedure materials, and any other emails regarding the seminar prior to the day of the seminar.
2. YOUR EARLY ARRIVAL IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE SEMINAR. You are the only Coordinator*, and you are REQUIRED to arrive at the seminar site at 6:30 am. This extra time allows you to complete the duties outlined below. You are not allowed to display promotional materials other than those provided by PESI HealthCare. This includes, but is not limited to, materials from companies and/or associations that you may be affiliated with. PESI HealthCare reserves the right to determine what materials are displayed at our seminar sites.
*You are not allowed to bring guests or assistants. If we determine that a second coordinator is needed, we will arrange for one.
3. Upon arrival, you will unpack boxes of attendee materials that were sent to the seminar site. It is also your job to ensure the meeting room is set-up properly and that the registration table is set-up outside the meeting room.
4. You will process morning registration, which includes greeting attendees, distributing written materials and continuing education information. Dress code is business casual.
5. You will make the morning announcements and introduce the speaker.
6. You are required to be available all day to answer attendee questions, assist speaker, take product orders, and troubleshoot situations that may arise.
7. At the end of the day you will distribute continuing education certificates (may include handwriting attendee names on some), alphabetize the Post Test/Evaluation forms that are turned in by the attendees, then pack materials and call FedEx to make arrangements to have materials sent back to PESI HealthCare. FedEx will pick up the box from the hotel.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your tuition will be forfeited.
The positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and they do fill early!!
