Why is continuing education important to you?

As a professional nurse, continuing education is my lifeline.  Connecting me to nursing experts and the best clinical practices, it expands my knowledge base and rekindles my passion for patient care.  I always leave a seminar with professional contacts, new tools or patient care information that I can utilize in my practice and share with the nurses who work with me.
