Gretchen Wolf, MSN, RN, CNRN, CCRN, NREMT-P --
BIO
Gretchen Wolf has over 15 years of neuroscience nursing experience and is currently Nurse Manager of the Hartford Hospital Neuro-trauma ICU, a Level 1 trauma center and TJC-certified comprehensive stroke center. In this capacity, Gretchen is responsible for patients experiencing a wide range of neurological emergencies including acute stroke. She also serves as a volunteer paramedic for her community.
An active member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), Gretchen authored the mild-moderate traumatic brain injury module for the Foundations of Neuroscience Nursing Project. She was a nursing instructor at the American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and currently teaches the neurological content for local CCRN review courses.

Cynthia Bautista, PhD, RN, CNRN, CCNS, ACNS-BC --
BIO
Cynthia Bautista has over 25 years of experience in surgical critical care and neuroscience. Currently a neuroscience clinical nurse specialist at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, Cindy's broad-based background also includes work as a surgical critical care educator and critical care nurse. In addition to her clinical work, Cindy owns Nursing Brains, LLC, a continuing education firm providing training programs on neuroscience topics.
Cindy is a graduate of Salem State College, Louisiana State University Medical Center and the University of Rhode Island School of Nursing. She is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, Neurocritical Care Society, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Sigma Theta Tau.

Kathy Morrison, MSN, RN, CNRN --
BIO
Kathy Morrison has been a nurse for over 30 years and has experience in neurological and cardiac critical care, community nursing, case management and program leadership. She is a certified neuroscience nurse and recipient of the prestigious Pennsylvania State Nightingale Award for Clinical Nursing. In her current role as the Stroke Program Manager for an academic medical center in Pennsylvania, she collaborates with fellow professionals in neurology, neurosurgery, pre-hospital, emergency departments, radiology, intensive care, rehabilitation and the stroke units to coordinate all aspects of stroke care. She played a pivotal role in helping her employer attain Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center Certification and now provides consultation to other hospitals seeking this certification.
An accomplished author, Kathy's published works have appeared in nursing journals and neuroscience course curricula. In addition to speaking nationally on stroke-related topics, she is active in her community - participating in stroke screenings, awareness lectures and a regional stroke survivor support group. Kathy is a member of the American Stroke Association, the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau.
